The morning temps were low but the HC’s were high for a Wednesday at The Wood. I picked the Q up from Rooney earlier in the week as he was planning to Q twice in 3 days at The Wood.

Originally, I had 100 reps for every exercise. My M looked at my board the night before and said “do you want people to come back to your Q’s” so I adjusted. In hindsight, I wish I would have left it at 100 each movement. I want to thank all the men that came out for my Q and for Rooney for having my 6. Its great to see the men come to the Wood and push each other. Keep that fire burning.
