Introduction
Was a cold windy day. I told all the pax we are doing a 4 corner beatdown. Well we kinda were with a hub and spoke vibe twist.
Warm-O-Rama
Abe vigotas, mosey lap, Tappy taps, SSH and hairy rockets.
The Thang
We had 4 corner stations around the lot with a center hub. 3 of the 4 stations had coupons exercises while one had non coupon work under the pavilion. The middle hub was starting point 5 and 6.
each pax had a chance to lead and roll the dice to determine which station we went to. If it was 2-4 we had to carry coupons to that station and perform curls, rows, kettle swings, OHP, Squirrels or Lion Kings.
Station 1 was either dips or Dirkins
middle hub was 5 and 6 which was thrusters or a lap around the lot.
We rolled 6 a lot and put in a couple miles in this beatdown.
