Warm-O-Rama
WoR – 10 minutes
One PAX sprints while the remaining PAX AMRAP IC in the circle.

The Thang
Thang 1 – 15 minutes
Slingshot Call Out Run – number off and begin run around neighborhoods and then schools and end up back at the flags to meet MASH group.
Thang 2 – 15 minutes
5 Rounds of Ring of Fire OHP, Curl Press, Curls, Bent Over Rows and Single Leg Burpees (reps of 10,8,6,4,2)
PAX do the exercise while two PAX rifle carry the coupon and walk around the circle.
Thang 3 – 20 minutes
*All Pax line up at start for roughly 40 yard sprint on my go:
At the end line pax OYO complete 5 not a burpees burpees, 20 Big Boys, and 15 merkins then sprint back.
Once all pax were in, together we complete 10 thrusters IC
*Repeat sprint and OYO exercises
At start we then complete 10 thrusters and 9 SSH
*The sprint and OYO exercises were completed at the start followed by additive exercises as we had time to get down to 5
10 thrusters, 9 SSH, 8 curls, 7 air squats, 6 goblet squats and then we hit 0600
We had numerous 5 burpee penalties due to flags falling over in the wind include 5 after prayer. 10 at one point because PAX weren’t IC.
Circle of Trust
Anterior Midcingulate Cortex – part of the brain 🧠 and you can call it anything. The badass part of the brain. Or the “cookie monster”😞
Dr. Andrew Huberman – it grows as you opt into hard things. Adding difficult exercises, intermittent fasting or doing anything that you do not want to do this part of the brain grows.
This part of the brain is smaller in obese people and it gets larger when they diet. It’s larger in those that overcome challenges and it’s being tied to people that live longer when it remains consistent in size and is being tied to the will to live.
The good part is that we can build this part of the brain. The bad part is that if you don’t do these things this part of your brain shrinks. When you don’t want to do something but do it anyways this part of the brain grows and in turn you live longer.
