Introduction
Wet heavy snow was falling from the sky, some unfortunate cars were sliding into ditches, and the AO was completely covered in a form of H2O that would be best described as having the consistency of a Slurpee. That didn’t stop the PAX though. F3 is held outdoors, rain or shine. Why? Because it builds grit and resilience. It helps the PAX to be better prepared for whatever life might throw at them.

Circle of Trust
“It’s a waste of time to speculate or argue about what makes a good man, a good athlete, a good teammate. Our job, they said, is to be one. This is how it goes, in sports, in life, and for parents. Sure, we can talk all we want. We can have great conversations. But what matters is what we do, who we are, and how we act.”
Don’t just talk about it. Be about it.
Naked Man Moleskin
Remember to slow down cadence for Abe Vagotas and Good Mornings. Also, 10 counts have no place in a BD.
Shout out to the PAX who came out. Pull-Up, Cinderella, Schlitz, Sparkler, T-Dub, and especially Picasso for having my 6.
