Introduction

Chilly morning but a nice January day and I did an ec run with Caboose

Warm-O-Rama

Motivators, Tappy Taps, Arm Circles, Downward Dog

The Thang

Thang 1

One partner stays and does the exercise until the other returns then your switch.  Each partner does one round on each exercise and just rotate through list and rinse and repeat

Other partner bear crawls between cones 30 ft apart then side shuffle for 60 ft and reverse side and continue side shuffle another 60 feet then run 100 ft and then return back to the beginning and switch with partner

 

Exercises: Chest Presses, Skullcrushers, Squats with alternating interior leg swings

 

Thang 2

One partner stays at the lot and other runs to pavilion by ball fields and does seated leg raises where you sit and then straighten one leg and raise it up (8 each leg) then returns

Other is cycling through 10 bent over rows, 10 overhead presses and 10 curls until then return then switch. Rinse and repeat

 

Circle of Trust

I want to start with this quote “Success is due to our stretching to the challenges of life.
Failure comes when we shrink from them.” We all face challenges on a regular basis. Some are more
difficult than others but each one leads us to change. Our greatest accomplishments usual come
from overcoming the difficult challenges. For years, I shrank back from the difficult challenges and
sat back with low self confidence and the mindset that I couldn’t do it. Over the last few years, I
have overcame such obstacles and am doing things that the younger me would have never thought
possible. If you want something bad enough, you’ll find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse.
