Introduction

The Thang
Rotating Stations – 12 stations and 35 seconds of exercise, 10 sec rest and ran after every two rounds. Rotate clockwise.
Curls, Overhead press, hand release merkins, reverse fly w bricks, cross crunch w alternating toe touch, toe taps on coupon, dumbbell row and front raise combo, Alternating One arm rows with dumbbells, jump rope, goblet squats
The run had a far cone and a shorter one. PAX could run or walk to either cone and back during the interval.
Circle of Trust
The quote I want to start with today is “It’s not happiness that brings us gratitude. It’s gratitude
that brings us happiness.” What brings us happiness? There is not one exact thing that if you just do
this that you will be happy. I have found that the biggest key for me is to be grateful for what I have
in my life. Every morning I have a reminder on my phone that pops up and simply says “gratitude”. I
think of one thing in my life that I am grateful for. I challenge you to try this and start your day by
thinking of one thing in your life that you are grateful for. It has been life changing. Gratitude turns
what you have into abundance.
