Introduction

Late Q Pickup……..I did my best!

Warm-O-Rama

We started off with a mosey around the parking lot.  Everyone then did a deep squat while holding onto their coupon, which was on the ground.  After each movement, we then returned to a deep squat.  We then completed side straddle hops, tappy-taps, arm circles, grady corns and imperial walkers, each with a deep squat hold in between.

The Thang

Part 1:  Fight Gone Bad:  3-5 minute rounds with 1 minute of each exercise, at the end of each round, 1 minute of rest.

Minute 1:  Thrusters

Minute 2:  Bent Over Rows

Minute 3: Lunges

Minute 4: Overhead Press

Minute 5: Mountain Climbers

 

Part 2:  Pearls on a String around AO

Stop 1:  Tokyo 2 Count Burpees, Big Boy Sit-Ups

Stop 2:  Catalina Wine Mixers, Imperial Squat Walkers

Stop 3:  Monkey Humpers, Grady Corns

I listened to a podcast that discussed failure and quitting.  These are mental processes, not physical.  Your mind gives out before your body does.  So remember this when things get hard.  You can always go further than you thought.

Also, I talked about telling yourself that you love it, even when it sucks.  This triggers a reaction in the brain and body that makes hard things easier.
