The Thang
PAX conducted ten Blockeys, twenty Step-Ups, and thirty air squats with intermittent running on a rinse-and-repeat! PAX then transitioned to BROG for twenty minutes of BROGA and mobility because your body is not a rental car.

COT – Recognized Servant Leadership and embracing opportunities to service. @Hangar selfless severed in the United States Army and continues his noble service advancing the 3rd F mission! Colonel Buckley answered the call to serve and volunteered to serve as the CIA Chief of Station Beirut. PAX were encouraged to embrace opportunities to serve and lead within.
