Introduction
EC ruck this morning with the fellas as I dropped off some lights around the big loop.

The Thang
Split the group into two teams. One team went clockwise around the loop and the other counterclockwise. 4 stations around the loop were set up with the idea of getting your whole team to complete two full loops while making stops at each station. Winners did 20 merkins while the losers had 20 thrusters.
Circle of Trust
Challenge yourselves during reindeer games but remember it’s just a game and the point of this is accelerating. Be kind and don’t take this so seriously that people get upset as that’s not the point. Acceleration and developing leaders is the goal, with some fake points as a carrot.
