Introduction
We went back to class a week after I did this at The Ridge. We adapted with a new Fire Drill and got rid of the burpees as promised.

we ran 3 sets of laps in between schools and our fire drill was a mosey to the wall where we did 30 dips and 30 step ups (we all stepped until the last person did 30).
Circle of Trust
I discussed some of our hood and some of our bad learned behaviors. Driving somewhere or entering a passcode might be good examples where your subconscious just remembers things for you. The area I’m trying to improve is the learned behavior of not giving myself credit for an excellent job, only because it’s not 100% perfect.
