Introduction

I didn’t really have a good idea of what to do for this black diamond all the way up to a day or two before.  And then I saw a post from Den Mother about the Gobbler Challenge.  So, I thought it would be a fun challenge to combine all 3 previous Gobbler Challenges into one tough beatdown.  Met up with Picasso, Foreclosure, Depends, and Cutler for an EC3 run before the black diamond to make it an extra tough day…especially with Picasso pushing the pace of the EC right out of the gate!

Warm-O-Rama

Jog in place while I went over the introduction and disclaimer.

SSH OYO while I went over the mission, core principles, and credo.

Balance hold stretches (10-counts): Knee pulls, quad stretch, squatros, leg swings, and bird dogs.

One lap indian run around the track and back to the flags to start the workout.

Naked Man Moleskin

For a while there I thought it was going to be just Picasso site-Q’ing for my team Dancer black diamond santa lock.  Picasso was none too please about that, lol.  Thanks Picasso for having our 6 and always pushing and encouraging us at black diamonds.
