Started off with tappy taps, arm circles, and calf stretches

The Thang

Four stations. Each station started with wounded bear crawls around the landscape curb. Station 1- 3 leg exercise (Lion kings calf raises and jump squats)

move to middle- blockys and sshops

out to station 2- wounded bear crawl 3 upper body exercises (curbed merkins, skull crushers, shoulder press)

move to middle- blockys and sshops

station 3- wounded bear crawl back and bi. Curls and lawnmowers each arm

move to middle- blockys and sshops

station 4- wounded bear crawl 3 ab exercises (bb- flutter kickes- lbc

Move to middle- blockys and sshops

repeat

Circle of Trust

Dealt with low point in life and finding F3 threw @Flow. Talked about recognizing when your sky Q has put you in a place to be the vessel for someone who needs you.
