Introduction

Train your weakest sport.  There you have the most opportunity for improvement.  For me, that’s arms!

Warm-O-Rama

Abe Vigodas, Arm circles, Imperial walkers, and curls.

The Thang

Island hopping.

We traveled to each island via and MOT; rifle carry, curl carry, farmers carry.

We explored each island via one of the following; bear crawl, crab walk, wheel barrow

We exercised at each island, merkins, 2 other exercises, and curls.

I tried to mix everything up to give a lot of variety.

Circle of Trust

Be Generous.  Dont wait to see if others are going to do their part before you do yours.  Dont worry about the fact that your part is small.  No your part wont change the world on it’s own, but dont let that stop you from being as generous as you should be.

Schlitz was a great 6 and siteQ.  Thanks for helping me stay on track with the cadence, the recover.  Good call on printing out the exercises at each island rather than only on my note card.
