The Thang

Thang 1 Tabata 35 secs hard, 10 secs rest

2 sets curls, 2 sets toe taps on coupons, 2 sets curls – run lap

2 sets skull crushers, 2 sets knee repeaters, 2 sets skull crushers – run lap

Thang 2 – Ladders

Start at one side of lot – 10 shoulder press, 10 goblet squats, 10 bent over rows every time you com back to the base of the ladder

run to the shortest cone and do 2 merkins and back.  Do the 10 -10-10 then go to next cone farther out and add 2 merkins so 4 merkins and back.  10-10-10 and out to the next cone and add 2 merkins so 6.  and so forth.
When you get to the end then work your way back down the ladder but keep adding 2 merkins each time.

Circle of Trust

I want to start with this quote “Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life.  Keep going. Tough situations build strong people in the end.”  It is so easy to just give up when life seems to keep sending you hard thing after another to overcome.  The trap of the self pity party doesn’t get you any closer to getting through the difficult time.  Everyone has crap going on in their life.  Strength is to keep trying in the face of adversity and not giving up when it is difficult.  I know that once I persevere through the tough time, I get a boost of self-confidence which helps me keep improving my day to day performance in all areas of my life.
