Introduction
Picked up the Q last minute. This actually was my AOVQ at Buck Town. I had a good time enacting a plan that I had in my mind for awhile for this specific place. It ran like I was hoping it would. Saw a lot of eyes in the reflections of our head lamps. The Bucks out numbered the Pax. It really is their AO.

Jog in place for Welcome and Disclaimer
The D-Bag (Football hit drill) Up, Down, and Hit – while jogging in place. Did this first movement to honor the first HC.
Circles forward oyo principles and mission statement. Backward arm circles IC

M – Monkey Humpers 10 IC
A – Air Squats 20 on count
S – SSH – 20 on Count
L – Lunges 10 each leg – 10 in slow count cadence.
Recited Credo and moved to a coupon mosey half way down the path.
The Thang
Thang 1
Add on Blockees/Farmer Carries/and M.A.S.L sets.
Coupon Mosey (slow mosey so we would all stay together) half way down the trail. Stop and perform 10 blockees On Count. This half way point became the turn around. Coupon Mosey’d to the. back of the AO. Performed 10 Blockees and 10 Big Boys. We partnered up. 1 partner farmer carried to half way point and then came back to get their partner. Partner 2 performed a M. A. S. L. Once failure was hit with Monkey Humpers Men in group two moved onto A – Air Squats and progressed through SSH’s, and Lunges. Once partner 1 got back to relieve Partner two they performed whatever M.A.S.L. movement their partner was on.At the back of AO we performed 10 Blockees, 10 Big Boys, and 10 Flutter Kicks. Jobs were switched and Partner 2 ran down the path to farmer carry to the back of the AO. M.A.S.L. movement with partner until 6 was in. Together on 10 Blockees, 10 Big Boys, 10 Flutter kicks IC, and 10 leg raises
Thang 2
Riffle Blockee Ladder down the path to the halfway point again. We all moved together. (Sort of) not eveyone’s strides are the same. 1 Blockee – 10 steps, 2 Blockees -20 Steps, etc. add on. yhc got to the halfway point at 7 Blockees and 70 Riffle Carry Steps. Coupon Mosey’d back to the flags.
For Mary I was going to Add another core movement onto the add on Blockees but…. We got through ten blockees I called on your 6 for big boys and ended up saying, “On your 6 O’Clock – Recover Recover.
Circle of Trust
Talked about Red Ribbon Week which started today across all schools nationally. Most of CoT was about addiction. I have, what my Mother calls, An Addictive Personality Disorder. This allows me to easily do some things where others struggle. I can paint for 7 hours straight, I have life long friends, I can run and obsessively train but with that comes the negative side as well. I have a history of substance abuse. I talked about getting second place overall in the Will Co Brew Run and following that by drinking way too much and ending up in the Hospital. That Brew Run was the last time I touched Alcohol. Choose to be addicted in the good things. F3, Running, a book, family, art, music. This to me is Living Right so that you leave a legacy that you want. Legacy and living right daily is what will give you pride and help you leave right.
I hope you all are living right and can look back at your time spent with integrity. When you need help, reach out to your brothers.
Naked Man Moleskin
Hard Boot Camp. We moved slow with mosey’s and caught our breath with a lot of 10 counts. Their was a trail boss that had too much trail mix. Core movements brought out the toots in some. Had a lot of fun at the Buck Town!
