Introduction

Beautiful October morning for an EC run and BC.  This is my first Q at The Grove and was looking forward to taking advantage of the trail by the lake.

The Thang

Thang: partner up with a pax of similar pace

In parking lot

  • 10 blockee
  • 20 curls
  • 30 bent over rows

Run to bridge – bear crawl across, run to cone

  • 10 burpee
  • 20 lunge
  • 30 squat

Run back to parking lot, bear crawl bridge, repeat
