Introduction
We were in the lot near the flags and the run club was on the other side of the lot for their run club. Hanger had cones set up in a line.

The Thang
From the WOR we started with Romanian dead lift thruster together to 10 increasing by 1 and curls between with 2 increasing by 2 each time. Leave coupons go run.
Run to bball courts circle up do 10,9,8, declining merkins and bear crawls to 1 from 1 end to the other.
Run to Troy township circle up do JB squats and lunges from 10 to 1. 2 is 1 for lunges.
Run to small hills by AO. Run up and over do burpees increasing by 1 each side of hill to 10.
Run back to pavilion grab coupons circle up.
Do Romanian dead lift shoulder press together to 10 increasing by 1 and curls the same increase by 1. Leave coupons go run around the mount wood and back to Mary to do 1 min of mountain climbers.
Along the way we held plank and did shoulder taps a couple times as well as motivators to 6 once.
2 of the runs were Indian runs with around a 7 min pace.

Talked this past week about the difference between Joy and Happiness, how happiness is surface and temporary like a drug. How we hop from 1 happiness to another, but how joy is lasting and eternal.

If we put our faith and others before ourselves that’s the beginning to finding joy because we take the focus off of pleasing our own desires and constantly going from one fix to the next.
