The Thang

Thang 1

Two stations about 150 feet apart.  Everyone starts at the first.  Do 15 merkins then side shuffle to other station and do one less merkin so 14 and then side shuffle back.  Subtract a merkin and keep going all the way down to 1.

Thang 2 Tabata  – 35 secs exercise, 10 sec rest

Curl, Curl, Toe Tap, Curl, Curl then run big lap of parking lot

Overhead (OH) Press, OH Press, SSH, OH Press, OH Press, then run lap

Squat w alt hip swing,Squat w alt hip swing, Mountain Climbers, Squat w alt hip swing, Squat w alt hip swing then run lap

Skullcrusher, Skullcrusher, Bobby Hurleys, Skullcrushers, Skullcrushers then did Mary

Circle of Trust

I want to start with the quote “If you do not change the direction, you may end up where you are going.”  For years, I would take the comfortable path, the one I knew, even if I was not happy.  The unknown can be frightening but you’ll never make your dreams come true by taking the same path day after day.  If you are not happy with where you’re at in your life.  Work, personal or whatever area then you, only you have the power to change your life.  Extra training for work, starting your own business, going to counseling, whatever it is, you hold the key to making it happen with three simple words.  Yes I will.
