Ran on the pavement to Seil Road in which took a left turn down to River Road and made our way back.
Circle of Trust
It has been a year since I decided to join you all in the gloom and it has been blast. Since running is my favorite (least) thing to do, it seemed fitting that I took my turn to lead a Run Club. When I started I was not able to run 10 feet without stop to catch my breath. Now I am able to run without stopping, which I appreciate each and everyone of you for being there with me out in the gloom.
