We split into two groups and worked through 8 exercises each. The suck bags and medicine ball carry set the pace for rotating. All other PAX did AMRAP until time to rotate. Once each group finished their stations we rucked the lot. We ruffled the short side of the lot and rucked the long side. When the group returned we switched exercises until Mary.

Talked about being grateful for what we have each morning.There was a time when I couldn’t even get myself up to use my elliptical at 6am and now I am doing more before 6am then I could ever imagine. Continue to find those pax that push you and those who you want to chase. Continue to build bonds and friendships as this is more than a workout group. We get to be a part of something bigger than ourselves and need to continue to give this gift away. Continue to be better today than you were yesterday, and be better tomorrow than you were today.
