Circle of Trust

Just wanted to express my gratitude for this group/organization/”cult”.  I have opened up and have shared stories and thoughts that I would otherwise have kept bottled up and to myself.  Over the last few days many men have gone through hard times and listening to everyone being vulnerable and sharing their stories has made me appreciate F3 more than ever.

Didn’t realize how hot it was going to be this afternoon, I may have adjusted some of the exercise to be partially in the shade.  Overall it was a good ass kicking as several of the PAX let me know.  Thank you MEN for coming out to my Q.
