Introduction

Day 2 of the Foreclosure Battalion. 5 Putt was running a pearls on a string workout at the DMZ same day as this Black Diamond. We connected beforehand to avoid using the same spot at the same time.

Warm-O-Rama

SSH, Tappy Taps, Thai Fighters, Abe Vigotas and Up Downs as I said the Credo and Mission Statement.

The Thang

We Started with a ladder next to the football field. Each cone was increasing by 5 reps from 5 to 30. Do your reps then riffle carry coupon to next cone. Once done leave coupon, run back to start cone and then bear crawl back to coupon.

We did Curls, Shoulder Press, Coupon Squats, and Rows.

Then we left coupons and ran over to basketball courts

There we did Suicides with 3 burpees at each line. Then we did a champaign run back around to our coupons with 5 burpees each pull off.

Then we went the Football Field for some Ultimate Football Black Diamond style. Every turnover is 5 burpees. If you score you run a victory lap around the perimeter of the field. If you get scored on its 50 yards of bear crawls. We did this until Mary where we finished with some American Hammers and WWI’s

Circle of Trust

Stacking wins is going to be the best way to accelerate best way to not decelerate your losses to be stacked as well so if you feel today or if you feel tomorrow, try your best to cut it off and start stacking wins again.
There’s a such thing as a competency confidence loop. The more confident you will become more confident you will become more confident you will have.
The more competent you are the more confident your gain. The more confidence you gain the more competent you will be.

My Growth Q Flag went missing, but Picasso’s flag was there and he wasn’t. Me, Sparkler and Dauber debated on how this happened for several minutes. It was funny. I eventually figured that Picasso grabbed my flag the day before on the south side.
