one partner stayed in small pavilion and did the exercises until other person returns then switch.  One round on each exercise.  Rinse and repeat

The quote I want to start with is “If you really want to do something, you’ll find a way.  If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.” This one hit home for me.  I know someone who has always blamed her problems on having a hip injury and surgery as an infant over 55 years ago.  It’s always been I can’t run, I can’t do exercise, I can’t swim, I can’t walk because my hip.  She’s had both hips replaced as an adult and makes comments like I wish I could exercise like you but my hip.  She takes the easy route for her whole life making excuses instead of finding a way.   I have had a few setbacks over the last few years but I will not find an excuse.  I will find a way.  There is always a solution or a way.  I ask you.  Is there something that you have wanted to do but haven’t yet?  Do you really want it?  Or will you settle for an excuse?
