Introduction

Workout designed with a “666” theme called The Beast (666 for entertainment purposes only, no daemons were worshiped in the making of this beatdown).

The Thang

Thang 1: The Beast

Football Field
• Cones on the goal line, 25 yd line, 50 yd line, far 25 yd line
• At the goal line, near 25, 50, far 25, 50, and near 25 do 6 reps of each exercise and run
from one cone to the next
1. Merkins
2. Big Boys
3. Bobby Hurley
4. Carolina Dry Docks
5. Leg Lifts
6. Air Squats
• That’s 6 sets of 6 reps of 6 exercises (“666” = 216 total reps)
• Total yards ran = 6x25x2+6x50x2+6x75x2=1800 yds = 5400 ft = 1.02 miles ran between
exercises

Thang 2: The Big Bang

• All start in the middle in a circle, hands in, start at the same time
• Run outward from the center 10 paces and do 10 Burpees
• Squat when you get back to the center, when 6 is in, hands in, start at the same time
• Run outward from the center 20 paces and do 20 SSHs

• Back to middle, then run outward from the center 30 paces and do 30 Merkins
• Back to middle, then run outward from the center 40 paces and do 40 Air Squats
