The Thang

Thang 1 –

5 hand release merkins and 5 LAF squats then run to cone about 200 ft away and back

10 merkins and 10 goblet squats and run to cone and back

15 chest press and 15 sumo squats and run to cone and back

Rinse and repeat

Thang 2

Circle up and first person farmer carries buckets to cone about 100 feet away and does 10 squats with alternating lateral hip swings (5 to each side) and carries the buckets back

Everyone else does the first exercise on the list of exercises.  Next person goes with the buckets and everyone does the next exercise on the list.  Rinse and repeat.

The quote that I want to start with is “Don’t limit your challenges.  Challenge your limits.”

I didn’t do a lot of things for most of my life because I would tell myself that I couldn’t do it, or I was scared, or whatever the excuse was.  Do you know what happened then?  Nothing.  I stayed in my same safe place even though I was not happy.  I limited my challenges for 40 years and now finally am challenging my limits over the past few years.  Some things aren’t major life changing decisions such as zip lining and roller coasters but others are more involved such as starting my own fitness business.  I am finally challenging my limits and have started to live and experience life deeper.  My challenge to you today is do something new this week.  Challenge your limits.
