Introduction

Another great day for a QvQ matchup up at the historic Colosseum!

The Thang

Bunker and GrubX Q vs Q

Bunker started us off with a punt and chase workout using soccer balls and 2 teams. Each team punts a ball and the other team chases the ball kicked by their opponent. Each team member must line up in a straight line behind the teammate who retrieved the ball and hold plank until their whole team arrives. You then each do an exercise One at a time while the rest of the team holds plank. Once everyone finishes the exercise you sprint back to your cone. First team to get all their players back to the cone wins a letter. Losers do a punishment in cadence. Team 2 won by spelling Bunker first

We then moseyed back to the pavement to Grubx’s part. We circled up and found GrubX brought his prop the wheel of pain. Each PAX took his turn spinning the wheel see what exercise would be next and the group followed. The luck of the spin made us do Many Blockies, overhead presses, lap runs, curls, and merkins.

 

Circle of Trust

The COT Grub X focused on taking chances like spinning the wheel you don’t know what life will bring you at the next turn, and take chances to grow and challenge yourself. Bunker focused upon his challenger Grub x and how he stepped up to sign up for qvq even before he had done his VQ. This leader showed he he was willing to step out of his comfort zone and he should be recognized for doing so.

Naked Man Moleskin

Huge shout out to Grub X for stepping out of his comfort zone and signing up for this competition before he lead his VQ. He kicked ass at his VQ and his workout today smoked the pax. Looking forward to the pain he brings to our region in his follow up Qs
