Pax 1 ran from the pavilion to my truck to retrieve a mix of heavy items (coupon, big boy coupon, sandbag, medicine ball, sand filled ammo can, 5 gallon bucket of water, pallet, wood beam, and various large rocks)

Pax 2 completed PT until Pax 1 got back to pavilion to hand off item.

Verns thang

Worked our way down the parking lot running, doing burpees, and side shuffles using the lines as a guide.

Then we moseyed to the hockey rink, split up into three groups and did merkins in each corner increasing reps by 5 as we went. Then we lined up on one side and the teams raced each other using bear crawls, crab walks, and burpees.

Like this workout, you never know what life may throw at you. These obstacles become easier when you share the burden with your fellow PAX, but you can do so much more. I challenge you to reach out to you family, friends, and neighbors to see if they have any burdens that you might help them with.

Naked Man Moleskin

This was my first QvQ and only second Q for that matter. I really didn’t think I stood a change against an OG Plainfield HIM like Vern, so I knew I had to get creative. It was a really fun Q and so cool to be able to share it with Vern and learn a little.
