Introduction
I was looking for a fun way to incorporate a little gambling in with the workout. Roll the dice and see what happens.
Warm-O-Rama
We did a short mosey just to get the blood pumping followed by good mornings and then arm circles.
The Thang
We had a selection of 12 exercises. We rolled the dice to see which exercise we would do and then rolled one to see how many multiples of ten we’d need to complete. Every few exercises, we did a short mosey around the parking lot.
Circle of Trust
I talked about not only those that have inspired me, but also to those that perhaps I’ve inspired. Be aware that we’re doing both at all times, being inspired by those stronger, faster or smarter but also inspiring someone else that may look up to us.
Naked Man Moleskin
We agreed we’d move the dice to the middle of the circle next time and perhaps have a few exercises in mind if the dice start to get repetitive.
