Introduction
As I rolled in & got Mr. Drippy set up for coffeteria the rain started to subside but we went ahead & started under the pavilion. Danica apparently only sets his alarm during the week so needless to say he came in HOT after the time got him all confused but he was ready to go as the bell rang for cards!

Naked Man Moleskin
- This week we started the “Lead Right” quadrant of the Q-Source. Many times we think about lead right as something that ties to our work, F3, some type of organization but I think we fail to recognize that the most important TEAM we can lead right with is our family. We learn that in order to “Lead Right” you must be virtuous which we define in F3 as the 5 C’s (Candor, Commitment, Consistency, Contentment, Courage). As the leader of my family TEAM I know I am not perfect but I try to lead everyday with this mind set.
- A couple weeks ago my family took a trip back to my hometown, a place I have not been back to in almost 10 years, & a place my kids have never been. We visited my father’s grave who I lost when I was in High School…the first time my kids have ever visited his grave. One of my sons preceded to cry & give me a big hug. I said it is okay buddy b/c Papa John is not suffering anymore & he is in the forever kingdom with Jesus where we will have a chance to see him again if we do the right things in our short time here. He looked at me & said Dad I am not crying b/c Papa John is dead, I am crying b/c I am sad for you that your Dad is not here to be with you like you are there for us.
- I was stunned & did not know what to say. Here was my 9 year old son not worried about himself but showing virtuous characteristics in caring for someone else. I simply smiled a little in side & thought well I must be doing some things right.
- Men my challenge is to lead your family like you do in other aspects of your life. Treat them like a TEAM, have a vision for your family, articulate that vision, & then install the virtuous characteristics in your family. AYE!
