Thang 2 – two stations – one at pavilion and one down the path about 0.15 miles
do 15 overhead presses and 15 bent over rows then run to other station and do 5 LAF squats and 20 monkey crunches and run back. No do 15 curls and 15 dips then run to other station. Do 5 LAF squats and 20 monkey crunches. And so forth. at the first station the exercises just keep alternating betweent he two sets of two exercises and the other station is always the LAF squats and monkey crunches.
Circle of Trust
The quote that I want to start with is “It’s not happiness that brings us gratitude. It’s gratitude that brings us happiness.” For years I was not happy and fought depression on a daily basis. I read books and blog after blog about how to be happy. I talked to a counselor about it. The two biggest things that were life changing for me that I work to do everyday. First, don’t worry about things outside of your control. And second, be grateful for good things in your life. I have a reminder on my calendar that pops up every morning that simply says gratitude. Truly appreciating the wonderful gifts that I have in my life on a daily basis has been huge. I am happy. I can say that now. My challenge to you is to reflect on the positive things that you are grateful for on a daily basis. It changed my mindset and in turn my life.
