The Thang
We rucked around the AO to the western part of Delwood park today with a couple stops to take in nature. Great mumblechatter this morning and a good ole fashion ruck at the worlds most scenic AO.
Circle of Trust
Slow down and enjoy life. We move fast and some days are long but stop each day if you can and enjoy the wonders of this crazy world. That was the point of stopping at the creek today as we did a little PT. The water was rushing and it was awesome.
