The Thang
Headed to the field for Thang 1, set up cones about 20 yards apart. Murder Bunny to each set of cones and performed exercise at each, 48 curls, 48 overhead press, 48 coupon chest press, 48 squats.
Thang 2 was a 1.5 mile out and back Pearls on a String along the Cross Country path. Stopped every 1/3 mile and performed 24 drop squats, 24 plank shoulder taps, 24 Bobby Hurleys.Finished back in the field at coupons.
Thang 3 did Thang 1 back to flags, changing reps to 24 and John Cusack instead of murder bunnies.
Mary was a 3 pushup Ring of Fire and LBCs til 6

48 years old!!! I’ll take it over the alternative. I’m actually enjoying birthdays, getting older, wiser, I feel more laid back, slower but I do still kick the boys asses in golf. I feel the older we get not only do we slow down physically but life slows down for us as well, which is nice. I appreciate the small things more, like 24 other crazy dudes showing up at 5:15 to do some crazy shit and get 1% better. Thanks to all of you for being here, I really do appreciate the F# brotherhood we find every morning ITG and the support I know I can count on from all of my brothers. Now go out and kick ass the rest of the day like I’m going to do to 48, and my boys later today on the course.
