Introduction
Got there a bit early to set up sandbags in the upper parking lot. BlueGill, Soft hands, Storm Chaser and others dropped theirs off as well. Did some EC running with soft hands, ozark, chumbucket and betty crocker. 2.25 miles
Warm-O-Rama
Started off WOR SSH, Abe Vigotas, Tappy Taps and Thai Fighters, Plank Jacks and Mountain Climbers. Grabbed coupons and went up trail to the woods on the right.
The Thang
just before the woods entrance we stopped and did some coupon work. This workout will be like a pearls with and without coupons at times in and out of the wooded area.
Entering into the woods did some Goblet Squats, Curls, SSH then ran with coupons to the next disc golf basket area to do more reps. Then we left coupons, ran down hill near the other basket and did some Merkins, Plank Jacks, SSH and mountain climbers.
Ran back up hill to coupons. We did some curls, OHP and then ran with coupons back to basket 1.
We did this twice and then on lap 3 we ran with coupons out of the trees at the bottom of the sledding hill. There we did Merkins, Curls, Plank Jacks and SSH. We ran back to the starting basket with coupons to do some Goblet Squats, Curls and OHP.
We ran to the upper parking lot with coupons back near the starting WOR area. We left coupons on the side for the next thang.
Thang 2…
Sandbag one vs one competition. Set up like a football field with 2 end-zones. Each pax had to defend their end-zone while the other pax tried to make their way down the parking lot throwing sandbags of 40 and 60 pounds to score. We both started at mid field. Pax one ran back to their end-zone completed 3 burpees and then made their way back to the opponent that was doing sand bag tosses towards them. Once they reached them pax would drop or leave sandbag and other pax would pick up and start tossing towards the other end-zone moving the Sandbag back and forth. This went on for about 10 min or 5 rounds each to see who could score or move the sandbag closer to the opponents end-zone. Nobody scored and most pax ended up somewhere in the middle but it was a burner.
Grab coupons and head back for Mary where we did a Mosey lap around the area.
