Introduction

As I pulled in to park, misty rain was accumulating on the windshield. I checked the radar one last time before stepping out and saw that the heavier stuff wasn’t expected to get to us at The Wood until just around 0600. I shared my thoughts with the men to gauge their feedback and ensure they were comfortable with my plan to take us out for a run.

Warm-O-Rama

Everyone had already been doing light stretching on their own, so I just had the PAX run in place while I covered the disclaimer, core principles, etc. Stretched the legs just a tad more, then covered our run route.

The Thang

We ran a 4-mile route leaving the AO, then heading east on Seil, then north on River, then west on Rte 52, then south back into the neighborhood toward TW.

Circle of Trust

Just shared my recent experience down range in Denver and encouraged the men to not only post down range when traveling for work or vacation, but to Q. Yeah, it’s a little nerve racking at first, but being uncomfortable is what helps you to grow and gain confidence!

Naked Man Moleskin

Great job by LaRussa and Spikehorn, who showed up for their second run club and kept pushing the entire route!
