We did a little mosey around AO to get the heart rate up.

we split up in two and then we hit the six station beat down

After completing each station, then would

Run to the center location and would toss

#40/#60 lbs sandbags for 20 yards, then rifle carry then back to starting point.

After completing all the stations , we circled up and I chose a pax to do an exercise for the group

then we ended with Mary
