Introduction

As of yesterday, this Q was open so I decided to grab it and repeat my core-focused beatdown from The Colosseum on 5/25/23.  There were no repeat PAX (a good thing if you ask me!).  Made some small tweaks and changes from last time to make this even more brutal.
