Introduction

A beautiful gnat-swarmed morning with the sun and moon in the sky at the same time.

Warm-O-Rama

1 lap mosey around the lot, arm circles, A pagodas, tappy taps, Imperial Walkers, blockies.

The Thang

500 reps in 30 minutes

Workout took place next to basketball court and included use of pull-up bars.

30-minute timer, 4 sets of exercises with and without coupons, total reps when complete = 500.

Full-court sprints in between each set.

Merkins, chest press, curls, overhead press, big boys, squats, Bonnie Blairs, pull-ups, Murder Bunnies, burpees, bent-over rows, side straddle hops, sprints.

 

Circle of Trust

F3 is about shaping us to be better men.  Part of that is doing hard things such as 1st F workouts.  Don’t forget to incorporate some fun into the hard stuff, otherwise, it can get to be drudgery and we won’t want to keep doing it, or keep showing up.  It’s good to challenge ourselves, but it’s ok to have fun doing it.

Beautiful weather today; still too many gnats.  I need to get better at cadence and calling out the next exercise.  Thanks to Stormchaser for keeping me on cue.
