Introduction

The goal today was to get a benchmark for PAX acceleration. What better way to so that than using the Army Physical Fitness Test!

Warm-O-Rama

Mosey to the start of the 2 mile run.

Warm up exercises. 20 SSH 10 Tappy taps. OYO stretching.

Once all PAX completed the run we finished with ~ 1 mile ruck.

Circle of Trust

Today our phones are tied to us. It has become so bad that people have developed Nomophobia (a fear of being without your phone). Sometimes in our lives it might appear to our children or loved ones that our phone is more important to us then they are. At 18 children leave the house and go off to college. This means that you have only 18 years to see your child every day. During those 18 years if you put your phone down for an additional 15 minutes a day, you will be able to spend 68 extra days with them. Thats’ right, 15 minutes a day will create an extra 68 days of time spent with your kids. Make a commitment to putting down the phone and being present with your family.
