The Thang

Two thangs

Thang 1 – Counting by 2

Six cones set up 30 feet apart

Start with your coupon on one end.  Do 2 curls, 2 merkins and 2 leg raises then rifle carry to the first cone.  Add two to each exercise so do 4 of each at this station then rifle carry to the next and add 2 so 6 of each and so forth.  When you get to the end, come back and keep adding 2 to each exercise.

Thang 2 – DORA fun

Two stations  – One is over near the end of the path by the NE corner of the lot and the other is the pavilion

One partner stays in the lot and does AMRAP of the exercises and the other runs to the pavilion and does 15 Dips on the wall and runs back.  Switch with your partner and you will do one round on each exercise and then rinse and repeat from the top.

Exercises – Goblet Squats, Bent over rows, LBCs, Overhead Press, Curls

Circle of Trust

I want to start with this quote “You will never regret reaching your goal, you will only regret giving up and not trying harder.”  I wanted to be a personal trainer since I was in college but always made excuses why I couldn’t or shouldn’t.  After 20 years of excuses, I finally decided that life is too short and no more excuses and I decided to take the class and obtain my personal trainer certification and begin do personal training and teaching group classes.  I really enjoy it and my only regret is not going after it sooner.  I want you to think about something that you really want to do and may have put off doing or have made excuses why you can’t do it.  My challenge to you it think about how you could do it or make it happen.  Life is too short to live with regrets.
