I want to start with this quote, “When you think about quitting, think about why you started”.
Our why is what keeps us doing this. It’s different for everyone. It can be something like wanting to tone up your arms or to be able to run a mile or to be able to get off blood pressure meds. For me, my why has been the mean things that people have told me throughout my life about my weight. Bullies as a chubby kid or overweight comments from my ex wife. I challenge you to think about what is your why and then to think about it when it gets tough and you want to quit.
