The Thang

Thang 1 – Short Bear Crawl Countdown

Thang 2 – Long 7’s

Started with 6 burpees in one corner of the lot, 1 air squat on the other end of the lot – long run in between

Circle of Trust

COT was a reminder to remember how blessed we are all that we can physically get out to an F3 workout.  Many men cannot physically do it for various reasons.  No matter what the weather brings, how tired we are, if we don’t feel great that morning – doesn’t matter, we are blessed to be able to do F3.

Second part of COT was a reminder to continue to take care of ourselves.  I relayed that I have a guy that I work with that has not taken care of himself thru the years, after having two stints with cancer, refusing to stop smoking, being too heavy and not do any type of exercise – 4 months ago he had a stroke and will never be the same.  He can’t talk, or move much.  He doesn’t have any quality of life right now.

Feel blessed to be able to do F3, and continue to take care of your body

Naked Man Moleskin

We prayed for Fuzzy Navel and Hitchhiker who both got hurt recently during F3 outings.  After the workout Hitchhiker messaged me and said that not only does he still have issues with his knee, but he has cancer and is going in for surgery next week.  We hope for the best for both of these men and look forward to seeing them soon.
