Introduction
A 4/20 beatdown has become a tradition for me. Had bad sleep anticipating the beatdown. Our printer is broken and asked my M to print my signs. She had volleyball and went out with the girls so i did not see her before bed and didn’t know where she put the signs. Woke up to thunder, lightning, and heavy rain. Looked like it was going to be an interesting Q. Either way, signs were left by my bedstand, the weather cleared up, and we had a solid beatdown. The PAX came to my call for sandbags and speakers.
Time to get the PAX to work at the new Chi-Cal Cannabis Company.

Embrace the unknown and uncomfortable. A huge disruption is coming to our family that will create bigger opportunities. My M will be leaving our business to pursue her passion of consulting and starting her own consulting business. Her first client with be our previous agency to help support them with the transition and future needs. The consultant we work with to support our agency has clients in IL that she needs help with. I have decided to except a buyout before we even sell to jump start our next chapter. I will be continuing to work at the agency in a VP of Sales role and not have to deal with the headaches of ownership.
The offer we put in on a commercial property in McHenry has been accepted and the start of our cannabis empire is about to begin. So many things are happening. Emotions are all over the place. But one thing is consistent, the PAX of F3 is here to support me. I could not ask for better support than you men.
