Circle of Trust
I spent the past several days visiting my parents in Ohio. Both are in their 80’s and both are in relatively good health but both are definitely showing signs of slowing down, especially my mom. It’s tough to see them age, knowing the days of them being more youthful parents, and grandparents, will forever be something that exists in memories and photos. The reality of life was made clear when my mom insisted my sister and I go around the house putting sticky notes on things of theirs we eventually wanted. LOL. In my COT I talked about how important it is to spend time with family and love ones, especially those that are aging, because the unrelenting pursuit of time slows down for no one.

Great mummble chatter today. It was also a little difficult getting back into the gloom after eating like crap during Spring Break.
