Sign up on the Q sheet and get out of your comfort zone. For me, I enjoy putting together the workouts, especially trying new exercises but my biggest hurdle in avoiding to sign up is having to come up with a COT. I spend days thinking about what I want to say, and usually get little to no sleep the night before the Q. I really feel uncomfortable with my speech, it feels like a stumble and mumble through my COT’s at times and I become self conscious and uncomfortable. But this is the perfect place to face my discomfort and practice on my speaking and COT’s. I challenge other’s to do the same.
Secondly, let’s continue to reach out to other PAX that haven’t been coming out. But most importantly reach out to those that are coming out each day. Do a simple check in to see how everyone is doing. You never know what someone maybe going through and sometimes just reaching out can make their day or even open a door for communication.
