As someone that overcame years of depression and feeling alone, I can attest to the affect that a kind word can have. Everyday still can be a struggle at times when the pressures of the daily grind are in full effect. My challenge to you is to reach out to at least one person in your life that you may not have talked to in a while. Letting them know you care can make such a difference and help them not feel alone.
