Introduction
Got there early to set up a couple things and mosey where we were going to do the Indian run. Light rain, was kind of hoping it was more TBH đŸ˜‰

The Thang
Slingshot run through neighborhood which about .75 miles or so. It was a quick pace where we pushed to get to the front. Came back to lot and headed worth our coupons over to the lot near the outside track (yes there is an outside lap that is about .35mi). Pax partnered up and performed reps of certain exercises and then ran the loop. Exercises were :
25 thrusters
25 curls
25 bent over rows
100 jump rope
25 skull crushers
20 lawn mower pulls each side
100 jump rope
Each pax had to perform all of the reps before they headed out to run the loop. Did this u til Mary.
Circle of Trust
It’s been an emotional couple of weeks with the passing of my mom. At the celebration of life there were so many people that came up to me and said things like, she was so caring, she took the time to listen, she always stopped to say hi, she helped me get through tough times, and she always would write me handwritten letters that meant the world to me. As we navigate this life that will eventually come to an end no one will know what our job title was, how much money we made, or how busy we were. But they will remember how you treated them, how you helped them, and how you made them feel. That’s what my mom did with everyone she came in contact with and that’s her legacy.

I want to personally thank each and every one of you guys for reaching out for condolences. It really means the world to me to hear from people. This is amazing group we have that continues to do awesome things in our community. The donation to Special Olympics was a really large amount that will do good things for a special organization close to me and my moms heart and we truly thank you for that.
