Started with a text from Vern that his 2.0 was sick and he wasn’t going to make ECR. Family first. Arrived at the AO and got the pavers out, Flo joined shortly after to setup the coffee. Then 5-Putt rolled in. ECR? Yep. Halfway through at at the furthest distance from the AO Flo’s calf locked up. He said to go on without him but leave no man behind. He somehow fought through this and ran in the workout.

AAR – more stretching. Noted. Partnering up for the 17’s ladder was a good idea. All PAX were giving effort and nobody quit.

Beatdowns aren’t easy and not everyone is going to complete everything we do. That’s why we have each other, for that push to get better. Keep humbling out and win the day!
