Introduction

We had a group show up early to EC run 1.5 miles. I split up and ran 1 mile learning the area as it was my first time there.

The Thang

Pax split up into 2 teams. Lights in the field set up 10 yards apart making up 100 yards from sidewalk to running trail just East of parking lot.

While 1 team runs length of field and back other team did workout until pax including 6 returned. Then switch. Once both teams took turn pax would ruffle carry 10 yards to next light now at 90 yards. Repeat all the way to 50 yards. Then at 50 yards leave coupons and continue with non coupon work.

100 yards – Goblet Squats

90 yards – curls

80 yards – overhead press

70 yards – bent over rows

60 yards – thrusters

50 yards – lion kings

then from 50 yards and less transition was no coupons bear crawl instead of ruffle carry.

Goal line we then lined up to Indian run around the AO 0.4 miles back to goal line.
