Stretching the legs… (daisy pickers, quad and crotch stretch – yeah I said it)… and talking about a new show on netflix that documents the hype of toys (you gotta watch the TMNT one – it’s hilarious).
The Thang
We ran. Out of Grand Park, across Ridge, through Grand Park, out onto Plainfield Rd, northwest on Plainfield Rd, hang a left onto Cherry rd, stay on that till we hit 2 miles, then turned around. It was out in the country. It was fun.
Circle of Trust

Do hard things. While some see this as a way to “prepare” themselves for the hardship of life (callous yourself, so that anything hard during your day doesn’t compare to the hardest thing you’ve already done in the morning), I see this as a great habit maker.
Lots of opps throughout the day to take the easy way out, put something off, ignore something you know needs your attention. No. Don’t do that. Tell yourself we do hard things because of the character it builds in us to do the stuff that needs to get done – we just don’t want to do it or like to do it. Do hard things – just one more – finish strong: doesn’t matter what you say to yourself, you have it in you to finish what you started because you do hard things.
