Chat GPT is all the rage and while AI offers many cool and interesting applications of use – how much is too much – When do we let the computers take full control over us – All of these questions and more drive my interest in the AI world and led me to create the first ever Fully AI generated workout.   By simply typing in in 5 key words and hitting enter my 45 minute bootcamp was created in roughly 30 seconds – and while it was hard for me to give up Q control to the destiny of my computer – I took what I got and the bootcamp exactly as AI created it.

I did do the Warm o Rama – I dont think AI understands the importance of Abe Vigoda’s or Good Mornings 🙂    We SSH’d, We stretched, we arm circled – all good stuff

Here is the workout – exactly as typed out by Chat GPT   We were able to get through 2 rounds of all 3 circuits

Circle of Trust

For today’s COT – I talked about the idea of control.  This Q was very stressful for me because i gave full control to the computer – I gave up my control of the Q – and when I looked at the list of exercise and the plan for the day – I thought about what I would changed – worried about it being to easy – to much of one thing, not enough of another – but at the end of the day, I let it be – I kept the workout and ran it just as ChatGPT attended.  We had great mumble chatter throughout the workout – about computers, AI takeover, etc.  But it makes you think – our 2.0s and Society as a whole are becoming more and more dependent on technology and as technology continues to make things easier – when does easier become too easier.  When do we become so reliant on computers and Tech that we lose who we are as people – lose the ability to properly communicate – and of course like we say in F3 loose the ability to do the hard shit.  I love technology – I think its fun, exciting, but also scary and when we become too reliant on 1 thing, when do we lose who we really are as MEN!
